Atkins Diet
The Atkins diet was popular from the mid-90s to the present, although it lost some of its popularity. This diet is highly restrictive and has sparked significant controversy. Even if you limit fats or portions of the historical diet, the Atkins diet takes a more radical and more liberal approach at the same time.
Although not completely eliminated, the amount of carbs you have, especially in the beginning, is a massive change in most people's diets. But, you can eat protein or fat as much as you want. Feeling hungry for some eggs? Feel free to have twelve in light of the fact that the Atkins diet permits you to eat as much as you need.

Another distinction with the South Beach Diet is what it looks like on carbs. South Beach watches sugar intently in dietary carb. Carbs that expansion glucose rapidly are awful and not great. The South Beach diet is along these lines somewhat progressively adjusted as far as nourishment and focuses on various areas.
